We are hosting our second Youth Program Coaching Assistant Training! Designed and led by Coach Jen Hall, this training is primarily geared toward teens who are interested in becoming more involved in our youth program, but we strongly encourage interested adults to participate as well.

About the Coaching Assistant Role
Coaching assistants work alongside our lead coaches to divide students into smaller groups, provide more individualized attention, and help students build confidence, focus, and technical ability.
Depending on age, experience, performance, and availability, future opportunities may include volunteer or school service hours, reduced membership rates, or paid coaching positions. Completion of the training does not guarantee placement, but it may serve as a pathway to future opportunities for participants who demonstrate reliability, strong coaching potential, and alignment with our program’s values.
If you’re interested in helping the next generation of Fifty/50 students learn and grow, we’d love to have you join us.
