Nick Delpopolo
Nick Delpopolo is a 2x USA Judo Olympian who relocated from New Jersey to the City of Falls Church in August 2023 to teach and train at the Fifty/50 Academy. Nick is the head instructor for our Fundamental and Brand NEW Advanced Judo Program. Read more about Nick.
Jen Hall
Co-owner Jen Hall is a 2nd Degree BJJ Black Belt and holds the distinction of being the first home-grown Female Black Belt in Northern Virginia. She is an instructor for the Fundamentals II, Women’s BJJ Program, and the Teens BJJ Program. Read more about Jen.

David Terao
An NCAA All-American Wrestler, USA Judo National Team Member, & a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, David teaches the Fundamental II, Judo & Wrestling classes, in addition to assisting with our Teens BJJ Programs. Read more about David.

Zack Ghalayini
A No Gi Pan Am & World Champion at purple belt amongst many other competition credentials, makes Zack an excellent fit as one of our primary youth instructors for the Minis, Juniors, and Teens program in the afternoon. Read more about Zack.
